- It's only a matter of time before we lose them -
But with help from more people than I could list.
This list includes the name of the game and the publisher (if known). If there is a person's name after this on the same line, then it means that they are the one who will be writing that entry for the database, so someone has beaten you to it!
The information we are looking for on each game is as follows:
There is an example available to show exactly what we are looking for (Manic Miner in this case).
Thanks in advance to everyone who helps! All comments to me please - everything is gratefully accepted. I will be posting a periodical update to comp.sys.sinclair to show how we are getting on.
If you would like an entry, then they are available via ftp from ftp.nvg.unit.no/pub/sinclair/docs/game-database/. Then just select the letter of the alphabet that the name of the game you want starts with.
Alternatively, and more easily, if I have set up the links correctly, you should just be able to click on the name of the game in the list below to obtain it. If you see any problem with the links (e.g. a typing error on my part) then please tell me.
The Web
I am going to start converting some of the entries into Web pages. This will improve the presentation of the entries, and also make them more accesible, rather than just via ftp. However, I will only be converting entries for the more famous games, and only entries that have been pretty much completed, with the Original Inlay Card text, and that have scans available to make use of the webs graphic ability.
